Just finished putting everything back together. Long story short my #5 injector died so I ended up changing them all. While already there I ended up re-sealing and painting both the intake and exhaust covers, re-sealed vtc solenoids, bypassing the plenum water jacked, deleted parts of EGR, AIV and PRVR, and deleted the dreaded PTU sub-harness. Replaced most of the vacuum lines and PCV hoses. I turned the ignition key and.....she's running like new! First try no problems what so ever, idles great no fuel leaks or oil leaks, at least none that I can notice right now. Again thank you to all that helped answering all my questions and giving me proper guidance.
